2. Orders and Contract Formation
Order Acceptance: When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract is only formed when we send you a shipping confirmation email.
Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including (but not limited to) lack of stock, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud.
3. Pricing and Payment
Currency: All prices are in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
Payment: We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order.
4. Delivery
Estimates: Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk: The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you once the products are delivered to the address provided.
5. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)
As a UK consumer, you have a legal right to change your mind:
Cooling-off Period: You have 14 days after the day you receive the goods to cancel your order for any reason.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
If your goods are faulty or not as described:
Within 30 Days: You are entitled to a full refund.
After 30 Days: You may be entitled to a repair or replacement.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any business losses. We only supply products for domestic and private use. We shall have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, or business interruption.
8. Returns & Refunds
At Snugcraze, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
Returns and Exchanges: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Personalised or custom-made products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the product is faulty.
